The rooms are brand-new and tasteful and complete with refrigerator and fresh towels, for example. The service is great, includes good parking. And the pool is clean. It offers a favourable and absolutely perfect location and has competent staff. The bus stop is 10 minutes' walk away.

We enjoyed a cozy night in our quadruple room, discovered a modern diner nearby with great breakfast options, and felt safe throughout our stay. Just a tip, pack extra towels if you prefer more than provided!

Couple looking for comfort, stay away!
The room was surprisingly upgraded, very nice actually but then I found hair in the shower and on linens. I had to disinfect the room myself with wipes and spray because it just wasn't clean, a shame since the potential was there.
It wasn't cheap but still somewhat acceptable for what we got.

Everything was great, had a very nice stay for one night. the location was exceptionally nice, near restaurants, washer and dryer onsite, and right next to the mall. - After a long day, I visited Sheffield's Restaurant for a couple of drinks.

The service was great. the rooms come with a refrigerator, microwave, and shower. - A great selection of goodies for breakfast. - Helpful and competent staff always on hand. - Decent location just a short walk away from Westfield Southlake Mall.
